Order fine but received wrong colour had to send it back and then had to wait for 5 days with no information or updates. I thought it was gone and wouldn’t hear anything back. But i then received an email saying you would exchange the matt. Customer service just needs more attention as mistakes happen from tje wearhouse and just keep the customer updated. Other than that the matt is great

I bought this for my niece to aid with her confidence being on the floor. My other sister in law has had one and attributes the speed at which both my nieces had progressed from crawling to walking to the mellow mat due to the soft safe environment that it provided. From the day that it arrived my niece is happily playing on the floor and gaining confidence crawling, which prior to having the mellow mat she refused to do. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We absolutely love our new mat! It’s so comfy and squishy, much nicer for grown ups to sit on and the wee one to sit, play and learn to crawl on. I feel much more confident leaving him to sit and play when out of reach, no longer having to surround him with cushions, as I know if he does lose balance a little and topple the mat will protect him. My only wish is I had bought it sooner!

Fantastic Rug! It's been down a week and has already saved the carpet from many spills (which just wipe up, nice and easy) and a potty training toddler It's saved the kids from countless bruises (they insist that jumping from the sofa is the best thing in the world), and when they're not using it for their play time, it's super comfortable and looks great in the living room. If I could afford to have one in every room, I would.

Lovely deep blue colour and soft under foot. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t be so soft (as I also have the luxury one in my living room which is super soft). This does have a less fluffy feel but it's still lovely under foot. Delivery was a few days so I'm pleased with that roo.

Bought this for our baby who had just started his first attempts of crawling- we think the mat very much helped to get him going as he had more grip. It also cushions him when he falls. Other than that, love that is also gives some sound proofing, love the soft feel and the design too. It’s been so good this was our 2nd one for a different room!

Such a shame. The mat is lovely to sit and walk on, but unfortunately it has arrived damaged. There is a strip running across the middle - it seems to be heat damaged - it is rock hard and has not improved on steaming. I need to try to arrange a replacement

It’s been a huge hit with both our children and our pets. My daughter has been loving the extra space to show off her gymnastics skills—something she couldn’t do on our wooden floors.

Sorry for this photo but I needed to show how waterproof this mat is. The dog got caught short in the middle of the night and when I woke up in the morning, the wee was sat on top of the mat. I got paper tissues and put them on top and they absorbed all the liquid. I then put my hand on the mat and it was dry as a bone.
