I have to say I did think I might have been scammed after I purchased because it seemed so long between paying and delivery (it did say it was preorder though). However, when I emailed I received a response within a day.
I purchased the 2mx3m rug and I have to say it is sooo soft! It is in my son's room and I have to have a walk on it when I go in there! Both my children are autistic and now my eldest (adult) wants one!

It's really nice and soft, as expected, however note that it isn't anything like a gym mat. I was hoping it would be useful under the sensory swing and hammock as a safety mat, as well as a play mat, but although it's physically thick it doesn't have much substance to it so will need a more substantial pad underneath to absorb impacts from falls and suchlike. Then again it never claimed that capability. There's an optional sub-base, bit it's more expensive than a few foldable IKEA gym mats so I'll probably go with those. If you need fall protection this isn't what you're looking for, but just as a soft play mat it's fine.

Bought it mainly for my grandchildren to play on in the living room (Ages 3yrs and 6months) They love it. The youngest is learning to sit unaided this mat made the whole process much safer. Also, she fell asleep during tummy time as it was so comfy :)
It also looks smart, is easy to hoover and stains clean right off. Only thing to remember is that it won't fit under your door as it is much thicker than a normal rug, so make sure you take that into consideration when measuring up.

I've ironed mine with steam after unpacking, and it's amazing how thick and soft it feels. As my baby started to crawl we spend lot more time on the floor, now we are in love with this mat , pricey but so worth it. My baby is lying on it every opportunity he gets and so do the parents

We use the mat as a soft and cosy play mat in the children's play area and they absolutely love it! I’d nearly returned the product due to ordering a wrong size mat but it was too good to return so I have managed to find a place in my daughter’s room. It’s a fantastic product made with super soft good quality material. Both my kids love it. I absolutely love the mellow mat. The toy room for my grandchildren has a cold hard floor, but now it is so nice to play in there and sit on the mat instead of dragging all the toys to the living room.

Our 7 month old absolutely loves it (early Christmas present). We have hard floors and were unable to put the baby down as he had surgery on his skull at 4 months. Since we’ve had the mellow mat & underlay, he has played non-stop, and is learning to crawl. This has 100% protected him from our porcelain floor! Unbelievable quality!

These are genuinely as good, squidgy and quality as they look. The kids love sprawling on it, and have yet to create a stain, which given they are 1 and 4, is pretty astonishing. Just BRILLIANT! Everything I wanted and more. We have three boisterous boys aged 5 and under and it’s perfect for them. The first one we purchased puffed out almost immediately with no need to steam any creases however the second one took almost 10 days and one steam over to be completely puffed up. Still it git there in the end and we love it

I read all the reviews and I ummed and arrrred about it for a few months but I finally took the plunge and bought one and it really has been the best decision. I steamed it to fluff it up quicker with the steam function on my iron and it puffed up immediately, it made a huge difference! I've got 3 boys 4, 3 and 6 months and they absolutely love it! One of my son's has additional sensory needs as well and he loves rolling around on it. I wish I could get more immediately but they are most definitely worth it! I found the AR function really helpful placing the mat too when deciding on size.

When the rug arrived it is vacuum sealed, I honestly thought what poor quality it was. However after a few hours the rug dramatically filled out and after a week or so the rug really is a game changer in our living room. If you have kids they will absolutely love it.
