The order came through quickly
My only feedback was that once I'd placed the order, and i got a prompt straight away to buy another mat for an additional discount. When i reached out to see if the additional discount could be added to my existing order , i got the standard explanation. I know what. Marketing gimmick is but is a little outrageous to expect people to make a 2nd purchase especially when the current purchase is as a recurring customer.
Other than the the above the product is amazing and the quality has remained the same since i bought a mellow mat a couple of years ago

Really happy with this rug. We got it for my autistic toddler that is constantly jumping and lying on the floor and it's perfect. Made it so much easier for us adults to get on the floor and engage in play for longer periods too.

The kids and I are loving this rug. Beautifully soft and cosy, it looks super stylish too. Lovely for sitting down and playing or reading books on. Only niggle is that one of the side edges is slightly elevated because of the pressure from the coffee table due to its placement near the edge

It smelt quite bad when it was first unpacked, but once it’s been “aired” for a few days and steamed, it’s much better. Nice to step on, sit on, and roll on. Wish I bought a bigger size.

Loved it when it first came but within a couple weeks the fabric top started to pull away from the foam interior so we are now left with large patches of loose fabric that move around and just look awful. Very disappointed in something I would hope would last and stand up to daily use

Carpet easily stains. Do not get this if you have a baby, my little girl spits up a lot and I was finding I would be trying to clean it everyday and had to hoover it everyday. We have had to put the old carpet over the mellow mat and decided to get another carpet but from a different place as it was half the price and less worry about getting it dirty.
Spend a lot and wait ages for it to be awful. Not for us.

Lovely and soft like my other mellow mats but not as thick and the only issue with this one is that the edges sit up so my kids keep tripping on the edges which is a shame

Love the quality and serves the purpose very well. Would be nice to choose from more print designs as this was a bit of a compromise, but otherwise we love it.

So far the rug is exactly what we were looking for to allow more play time on the floor. The rug slightly curves and raises around the edges because the cushion is so thick! Only reason that it is 4 star and not 5 star is that product description when bought indicates you can just wipe clean from spills I have not had any spills yet but can’t imagine it will just wipe clean, it would require some type of carpet shampoo.

The mat is incredible but I took nearly 4 months to arrive. I reported this company as a scam to my bank as I had no communication from you. No replies from emails, no Facebook messages. I was concerned that I had given my money to a scam. There were 6 of us in the UK who came together through Facebook with the same concerns that you were a scam.

We absolutely love this mat!! At first it was quite bumpy and creased from being vacuum packed but it had flattened itself within a day and now looks lovely. We have no furniture in our new house yet but this is comfy enough to sit on for a picnic or playing games until our sofas arrive! Thank you

Oh wow. I’m in love with my Mellow Mat. I’m now thinking of going one size larger and moving this one upstairs. I just wish I had one of these for when the children were babies. It would have been ideal! Within minutes of getting it out, mine were playing with Lego on it and racing cars.

I was a little dubious going by some other reviews but this rug is pretty special, so squishy and comforting.
Child and animals love it.
Out the box it’s obviously a little creased but it has smoothed outwith out steaming in just a couple of days!

The mellow mat is amazing. I bought it for my living room and it's a great addition for the decor but also for my children.
2 of my children have autism and sensory processing issues. They love the mat and really helps them when they need to self regulate.
I also have a baby who is crawling and climbing and it's been great to stop him from bumping his head on the hard floor while exploring.

I was quite worried I wouldn't like the pattern or it wouldn't go with our living room or it wouldn't look like a proper rug. I shouldn't have bothered worrying as I really love it! Its so soft, looks great in our living room and I really love walking and lying on it. Absolutely would 100% recommend - from someone who was pretty dubious!
